He plans, designs, and oversees training programs in all project phases to improve employee skills and performance, aligning them with organizational goals. He is also a qualified Skills Development Facilitator with extensive experience in developing organizational training and development plans whilst conducting an analyzing outcomes of learning for skills development and providing consultation to various mid to large scale firms for B-BBEE Skills Development Expenditure.
With her extensive attention to detail, there is no one more fit to lead the administrative department. Bernedette has vast experience in all Seta Learner Management Systems, and design and implementation of new Management and Information Systems. Her key performance area is to oversee daily office operations, supervision of administrative staff, and ensure the efficient implementation of organizational policies and procedures to maintain a smooth and productive workplace. She is also responsible for tasks such as day-to-day liaison between our organization and students, managing budgets and resources, coordinating inter-departmental workflows, optimizing office procedures, and ensuring the accurate completion of clerical duties to support our company's overall operations.
Carlisle van der Walt is a highly qualified Quality, Safety, Health, Environmental, and Risk Compliance Specialist with more than a decade of progressive experience across multiple industries, including construction, manufacturing, engineering, and consulting. He has successfully supported organizations in achieving and maintaining compliance with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems, ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management Systems, ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems, ISO 31000 Risk Management, and ISO 37001:2016 Anti-Bribery Management Systems, among others.
